INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Flat international shipping rate is $25.00 (AUD) for orders less than $200.00 (AUD).
  • In accordance with our terms and conditions policy, SynxBody reserves the right to consolidate multiple orders to the same address and customer, into a single shipment.
  • FREE international shipping applies to retail orders over $200.00 (AUD) (except when special or promotional shipping offers are advertised).
 

DISPATCH

  1. Products will be dispatched within two (2) working days of processing your order.
  2. Same day dispatch will occur for orders received by 11.00am AEST, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  3. All orders are dispatched from our Sydney, Australia warehouse.

Domestic Australia*

  1. You can expect delivery within 2-10 working days, depending on your location in Australia. 
  2. Express shipping is generally next day delivery, depending on location within Australia.

International*

The delivery time for international deliveries coming from Australia can vary depending on the destination: 

  • New Zealand: 4-11 business days
  • Asia: 10-20 business days
  • United States: 10-20 business days
  • Canada: 10-20 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-18 business days
  • EU: 5-20 business days
  • Rest of world: 14-30 business days

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DELAYED / MISSING

  1. We recommend checking the tracking information provided in your SynxBody shipping confirmation email.
  2. If your parcel has not arrived as indicated, please reach out to us via support@synxbody.com and we will investigate with the delivery provider / courier, on your behalf.
