Using your NDIS Package with SynxBody

SynxBody is proud to be listed on the approved NDIS Provider List, effective September 2023.

You can claim our products under your NDIS Package from the 'assistance products for personal care and safety' registration group.

Placing Your Order

  1. Navigate to our products on this website (under the 'Shop Now' option in the top menu bar).
  2. Add your chosen items to the cart, and process payment through our online store.
  3. After your payment has been submitted, you will be sent a confirmation email of your order, which includes the total cost and GST.
  4. Once you receive your confirmation order email, you can submit it to your Plan Manager to initiate a refund back to yourself.

Should you wish to make a complaint about our products or service directly related to the NDIS program, please action the following:
