Step 1 - Charge
Fully charge the device using the included USB-C cable before first use. The battery delivers up to three hours of use per charge.

Step 2 - Select Your Attachment
Choose the attachment that matches your treatment:

• Nano Glass Head — for skin polishing, maintenance and smoothing dry or flaky skin
• Sanding Head with Sanding Disc — for hard skin, callus and cracked heel removal
• Nail Sanding Head with Sanding Ring — for thickened nail reduction, shellac removal and nail finishing

Step 3 - Power On & Set Speed
Press and hold the power button for three seconds to turn on. Use the button to cycle through the six speed settings — start at a lower speed and increase gradually as needed for the task.

Step 4 - Select Rotation Direction
Choose clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation to suit your preferred technique and the area being treated.

Step 5 - Treat
Gently press the attachment head against the skin or nail and glide smoothly over the area — let the device do the work. Avoid applying excessive pressure, particularly on sensitive areas or thinner skin. Keep the head moving rather than holding it stationary in one spot.

Step 6 — Finish & Nourish
After treatment, wipe or rinse the area to remove any residue.
