Key features

ARTG-Approved Class 2 Medical Compression
Medical-grade compression at 23–32 mmHg certified by the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods for safety and efficacy in reducing swelling and improving circulation. A clinically certified therapeutic device meeting Australian medical device standards.

4 Strategic Graduated Compression Zones
Four carefully designed zones of varying pressure work together from the fingers and wrist through to the forearm delivering increased compression around the joint where support is most needed and progressively lighter compression toward the forearm and fingers.

Maintains Full Dexterity
The open-finger compression design allows full finger mobility and grip strength throughout wear type, write, grip and perform daily tasks without restriction while still receiving continuous therapeutic compression support.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Relief
Graduated compression reduces the swelling and inflammation in the carpal tunnel that places pressure on the median nerve providing meaningful relief from the tingling, numbness and weakness that carpal tunnel syndrome causes during daily activity and overnight.

Arthritis Support & Pain Relief
Consistent compression around the hand and wrist joint reduces inflammation, improves circulation to arthritic tissue and provides the warmth and joint support that eases arthritis pain during daily use.

Tendonitis & Overuse Recovery
Targeted compression reduces the inflammation and fluid accumulation associated with tendonitis and repetitive strain supporting the tissue during continued activity and promoting faster healing between uses.

Swelling & Inflammation Reduction
Graduated compression actively reduces fluid pooling and inflammation in the hand and wrist addressing the swelling that both causes and worsens pain in arthritis, carpal tunnel, tendonitis and post-injury conditions.

Improved Circulation & Healing
Enhanced blood flow to the hand and wrist tissue delivers the oxygen and nutrients damaged and inflamed tissue needs to repair — and removes the metabolic waste that slows recovery promoting faster, more effective healing.

Day & Night Wearability
Comfortable enough for all-day wear at work and during activity, and gentle enough for overnight use allowing continuous compression support through the full recovery cycle without disruption to sleep or daily tasks.

Breathable 80% Nylon and 20% Spandex
Premium fabric blend delivers firm therapeutic compression without heat build-up breathable, lightweight and comfortable for extended all-day and overnight wear.

Unisex Design
Suitable for both men and women sized to provide the correct compression fit across a range of hand and wrist shapes and sizes.

Good To Know

The Design That Makes The Difference

Compression Class: Class 2 Medical Compression (23–32 mmHg)
Certification: ARTG approved
Compression Zones: 4 graduated zones
Material: 80% Nylon, 20% Spandex
Design: Open-finger, unisex

The 4 Compression Zones - How They Work

Four graduated compression zones work together to deliver targeted support where the hand and wrist need it most with the highest pressure at the joint and progressively lighter compression toward the fingers and forearm.

Zone 1 Firm Compression (Wrist Joint)
Maximum support at the wrist the primary point of pain, inflammation and instability in carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis and tendonitis. Firm compression here reduces swelling, supports the joint and improves circulation to the most affected tissue.

Zone 2 Moderate Compression (Hand & Lower Wrist)
Targeted compression through the hand and lower wrist area supporting the structures most involved in gripping, typing and daily hand use while maintaining the flexibility needed for these tasks.

Zone 3 Mild Compression (Upper Wrist & Lower Forearm)
Graduated reduction in pressure as the sleeve moves up toward the forearm supporting flexibility while maintaining essential blood flow through the transition zone between wrist and forearm.

Zone 4 Gentle Compression (Forearm & Fingers)
The lightest compression zone ensuring comfort at the forearm and across the fingers while completing the graduated compression gradient that drives circulation back toward the heart.

Wearing-In Instructions

  • Stretch the sleeve out several times before wearing to loosen the fabric this makes application easier and ensures the compression sits correctly
  • Bunch the sleeve and slip it over the hand first, positioning it correctly before working it up over the wrist and forearm
  • Adjust the top and bottom until the sleeve sits smoothly and evenly no bunching, folding or pressure ridges
  • The sleeve should feel firm and snug this is the compression working but should not feel painfully tight or restrict blood flow or finger movement
  • If you have a wider or swollen hand or wrist, or fall on the edge of the sizing chart, select the next size up
  • Gradually build up wear time over the first few days to allow the hand and wrist to adapt to the compression level

Sizing Note
  • These sleeves provide a snug fit by design the compression is what makes them therapeutically effective
  • If you have a wider or swollen hand or wrist, or fall on the edge of the sizing chart, we recommend selecting the next size up
  • Please choose your size carefully we do not offer exchanges for hygiene reasons
  • For any sizing questions, contact us at support@synxbody.com
Storage & Care Tips

  • Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent avoid machine washing on hot cycles as heat degrades the compression fabric over time
  • Do not tumble dry or iron lay flat or hang to air dry away from direct heat and sunlight
  • Replace when the fabric begins to lose elasticity or the compression feels reduced compression sleeves lose effectiveness as the elastic fibres degrade with wear and washing
  • Having two pairs allows one to be worn while the other is washed and drying particularly useful for overnight use
  • Store flat or loosely rolled in a clean, dry place

    Comfy and work well

I bought these to help with the pins and needles and aching I get in my hands (usually at night time) from carpel tunnel. They do a great job getting rid of pins and pain. They’re very comfortable and easy to sleep with on. I get it in both my hands so it’s an extra bonus that the pack contains 2 sleeves. Very happy with them!

    Good

I have tens of wrists support and gloves because I am still looking for a compression one that can hold firm and stop the pain. I finally found this one which has s tight but still doesn’t hold firm enough to put pressure on the painful parts. It hurts between my thumb and index finger when I’ve got the glove on but doesn’t soothe as I thought it would unfortunately.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience, Asha. We’re really sorry to hear it didn’t provide the level of support you were hoping for. It sounds like you may need a firmer or more targeted compression option for that specific area. Hand wrist compression sleeve

It actually tends to be on the small side. I use Medium but this brand is too tight. In hind sight I needed a large.

FAQs

Will I still be able to use my hands normally while wearing Hand & Wrist Compression Sleeves?

Yes the open-finger design is specifically chosen to maintain full finger mobility and grip strength during wear. You can type, write, grip and perform daily tasks without restriction while receiving continuous therapeutic compression. The compression supports and protects the wrist and hand joints without limiting the movement you need for everyday activity.

Can I wear Hand & Wrist Compression Sleeves overnight?

Yes the sleeves are designed for both daytime and overnight wear. Overnight compression is particularly valuable for carpal tunnel syndrome, as many people experience their worst tingling and numbness at night when the wrist is in a resting position. Ensure the fit is comfortable before sleeping and remove if the sleeve feels restrictive during the night.

Will these help with my carpal tunnel syndrome?

Compression is a well-established conservative management approach for carpal tunnel syndrome reducing the swelling and inflammation that places pressure on the median nerve and providing support that reduces symptom-aggravating wrist positions during daily use and sleep. Most people notice a reduction in tingling, numbness and wrist pain with consistent use. For severe carpal tunnel symptoms causing significant weakness or loss of function, consult a doctor about whether surgical assessment is appropriate.

Can I wear Hand & Wrist Compression Sleeves during work and exercise?

Yes the breathable fabric and open-finger design make them suitable for wear during most work activities and exercise. The compression provides active support during the tasks and movements that typically aggravate hand and wrist conditions, making them particularly useful during repetitive activities like typing, writing or gripping.

How often should I wash them?

Wash after each day of wear hand wash in cool water with mild detergent and allow to air dry completely before reusing. Avoid hot water and tumble drying as heat degrades the elastic fibres that create the compression. Having two pairs allows continuous use while one pair is being washed and dried.
