EASY TO USE

Apply Heel Relief Balm to heels once per day, to restore and heal dry and cracked skin. Recommended to be used 4 to 5 times per week for ongoing maintenance. Gentle heel exfoliation is recommended with pumice stone in hot water 1 to 2 times per week for optimal results.
