Fitting Instructions

Position the spreader between your fourth and fifth toes, nestling it comfortablyinthe web. It should feel secure without creating pressure or discomfort. Adjust slightly until it sits naturally and feels comfortable.

Wearing-In Instructions

  1. Identify the correct toe. The spreader is designed for the fourth and fifth toes the little toe and the one next to it.
  2. Slide the loop on. Thread the loop over the little toe so it sits comfortably around the base.
  3. Position the pad. The gel pad should fall naturally between the fourth and fifth toes, sitting in the web space and creating gentle separation.
  4. Check the fit. The loop should feel secure without restricting circulation. The pad should cushion between the toes without forcing them uncomfortably apart.
  5. Put your shoe on. Slip your foot in and take a few steps to confirm the spreader stays in place through movement.
  6. Wear throughout the day. The spreader can be worn throughout the day and removed when barefoot at home.

    Sharing Toe Spreaders

    A while ago I purchased the two spreaders for myself then my wife found out about them and demanded a set for her crocked toes as she was jealous as to how well they worked for me. What else could I do but order her a set. I should have delayed it a bit and wrapped it up for Christmas, was not thinking.

    Gel Little Toe Spreader

    I found the Gel Little Toe Spreader soft, flexible and easy to use, but it didn’t work for me. After a couple of hours I had to remove because it created painful pressure, even in my wide sports shoes. What does work well, are the GEL TOE SEPARATORS, easy and painless. Thanks for making these. Both.
