Getting The Perfect Fit

A well-positioned toe spreader should feel comfortable almost immediately if it feels like it's pulling or digging in, it needs adjusting. Here's how to get it right:

  • Slide the spreader between your big toe and second toe with the wider, fuller section sitting at the base of the toes
  • The spreader should sit snugly but comfortably you want separation, not strain
  • Make sure it sits flat against the skin without folding or bunching
  • Try walking a few steps barefoot before putting on shoes to check comfort

    Comfortable and effective

    These are fabulous for my dodgy second toe! It keeps it and my big toe well-spaced, is so comfortable to wear, easy to clean and means that the rubbing and pain I was getting before using it is no longer an issue. Highly recommend, they are great!

    Big Toes Fighting

    The spreader is great as now my two big toes don't fight and scratch. The big toenail was constantly rubbing into his friend and now they are spread apart and get along much better.

    Big toe spreader

    Found these at a chemist - was told I had gout but the acid wasn't high in blood works but the pain was very real and I could feel /see a hardened lump forming on side of big toe in the joint. Bought 1 product (different company) which got left behind in the shoe but then found these and by straightening the toe the pain stopped and these are so easy to use and even slept with them on with zero discomfort.
