Rebuild your foot's natural strength and alignment. SynxGeli Toe Stabilisers use soft medical-grade TPE gel to gently spread your toes whilst stimulating intrinsic foot muscles the deep muscles essential for arch support and toe function. Just 10 minutes daily strengthens these muscles and improves toe alignment, providing relief from burning feet, bunions, neuromas, and tendonitis. Perfect for post-surgery rehabilitation, these stabilisers work through gentle stretching and muscle activation, not restrictive pressure.

Ideal For:

  • Burning feet and general foot pain
  • Bunions and bunion-related discomfort
  • Neuromas
  • Tendonitis
  • Post-surgery and post-injury rehabilitation
  • Weakened intrinsic foot muscles from prolonged narrow footwear use
  • Improving foot mobility, stability and arch strength
  • Pre and post-workout foot conditioning
  • Barefoot and mobility training

Realign. Strengthen. Recover.

Intrinsic Muscle Activation
Spreading the toes apart naturally engages the deep intrinsic foot muscles that support the arch and control toe function muscles that narrow footwear progressively weakens over time. Regular use builds genuine foot strength from the inside out.

Toe Realignment
Restores the toes to their natural spread and alignment, correcting the compressed positioning that tight footwear creates and providing the structural foundation for improved ankle, knee, hip and lower back alignment.

Foot & Heel Pain Relief
Addresses the muscular and structural causes of burning feet, bunion pain, neuromas and tendonitis providing relief that goes beyond surface-level cushioning by targeting the alignment and muscle activation issues that drive these conditions.

Rehabilitation & Recovery Support
Soft, gentle design makes them suitable for post-surgery and post-injury rehabilitation encouraging proper muscle engagement and natural toe positioning during recovery without restrictive pressure on sensitive tissue.

Workout & Training Compatible
Once the feet have adjusted to regular wear, incorporate the stabilisers into pre and post-workout routines, mobility training and barefoot training improving foot stability, arch engagement and overall lower limb performance during activity.

10–15 Minutes a Day
Time-efficient enough to build into any daily routine meaningful strength, alignment and pain relief benefits from as little as ten minutes of wear per day, making consistent foot care achievable for busy schedules.

Medical-Grade TPE Gel
Soft, hypoallergenic and latex-free gentle against skin during extended wear while providing consistent, predictable toe separation force that activates the foot muscles without discomfort.

  • Soft medical-grade TPE gel for comfortable, consistent toe separation
  • Hypoallergenic and latex-free safe for sensitive skin and extended wear
  • Flexible enough to move naturally with the foot during activity
  • Provides predictable, gentle separation force to activate intrinsic muscles without pressure or pain
  • Non-toxic and skin-safe for all-day and barefoot wear
  • Washable and reusable with proper care

Fitting Instructions

Placestabilisersbetween your toes, starting with toes 1–2 (big and second toe), then progressing to other toe pairs. Ensure the spreader sits between the webbing of your toes without pinching skin.

Wearing-In Instructions

  1. Start with the big toe. Place the stabiliser onto the foot starting with the big toe, working along each toe in sequence through to the little toe.
  2. Seat each toe properly. Each toe should sit comfortably in its designated slot gently spread apart from the adjacent toe without being forced or stretched uncomfortably.
  3. Check the overall fit. The stabiliser should sit flat against the underside of the foot with each toe held in a naturally spread position. There should be no pinching, cutting in or excessive pressure on any toe.
  4. Begin with short sessions. Start with ten to fifteen minutes of daily wear barefoot around the house is ideal initially and allow the feet to adjust gradually before extending wear time.
  5. Build up gradually. As the feet adapt and become comfortable, extend wear time and incorporate the stabilisers into pre and post-workout routines, mobility sessions and barefoot training.
  6. Wear inside shoes when ready. Once fully adjusted, the stabilisers can be worn inside shoes with a wider toe box for extended periods during daily activity.

Storage & Care Tips

  1. After use, wash gently with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storing or reusing
  2. Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
  3. Do not stretch or pull the stabiliser excessively work it onto the foot gently to preserve the shape and integrity of the gel
  4. Replace when the gel begins to feel less responsive, the slots lose their shape, or the material shows visible signs of wear
  5. Keep out of reach of children

FAQs

How quickly will I feel stronger?

Many users report improved foot stability and reduced pain within 3–5 days. Measurable strength improvements typically appear within 2–3 weeks of consistent use.

Can I wear these Toe Stabilisers inside shoes?

Yes, once the feet have adjusted to regular barefoot wear, the stabilisers can be worn inside shoes with a wider toe box.

Will these to aligners help with flat feet?

Strengthening intrinsic foot muscles supports arch function, which can help manage flat feet symptoms. Use alongside arch support for best results.

Can I use these during exercise?

Once the feet have adjusted to regular wear, yes incorporating them into pre and post-workout routines, mobility training and barefoot exercise is actively encouraged. They improve foot stability and arch engagement during activity, which has positive effects on ankle, knee, hip and lower back alignment and performance.

Are these different from Synxgeli toe wraps?

Yes toe wraps focus on alignment through adjustable pressure, while toe stabilisers emphasise muscle activation and strengthening through gentle spreading.
