Fitting Instructions

Clean and dry the inside of your shoe. Position the arch pad so the arch curve aligns with your foot's natural arch typically just forward of your heel and centred under the ball of your foot. Press firmly to ensure good contact. Start with one pair and let your feet adjust for 2–3 days before alternating colours.

Wearing-In Instructions

  1. Prep the shoe. Make sure the inside of your shoe is clean and completely dry this ensures the adhesive bonds properly and stays in place.
  2. Choose your colour. Select the pair that best matches your shoe's interior clear, black or beige.
  3. Peel the backing. Remove the protective backing from the adhesive side of the arch pad.
  4. Position correctly. Place the thicker side of the pad in the arch area of the shoe, sitting under where your arch naturally falls when your foot is inside.
  5. Press firmly. Hold it down along the full surface for a few seconds to create a secure bond.
  6. Step in. Slip your foot into the shoe the pad should feel supportive underfoot without crowding your toes or altering the overall fit.
  7. Leave it in. The pad stays in the shoe for repeated wear no need to remove after every use.

Storage & Care Tips

  • Once adhered, leave the pad in the shoe for repeated wear no need to remove after every use
  • If the surface needs freshening, wipe gently with a damp cloth avoid soaking while adhered to the shoe
  • If removed, wash gently with mild soap and warm water, rinse and allow to air dry completely before re-adhering
  • Store shoes normally the adhesive is designed to remain bonded through regular wear
  • Replace when the edges begin to lift, the pad shifts during wear, or the cushioning and support feel less responsive
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Due to hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not permitted on gel products
