Step 1 Remove Insoles
For the most thorough odour treatment, remove the insoles from the shoe before spraying this allows the mist to reach the full interior of the shoe including the areas beneath where the insole sits.

Step 2 Spray Inside the Shoe
Hold the bottle inside the shoe and spray evenly throughout the interior covering the toe box, sides and heel area where odour concentrates most. Two to three sprays per shoe is sufficient for most daily applications.

Step 3 Treat the Insoles

Step 4 Air Dry
