Fitting Instructions

Select theappropriate sizefor your toe: small for lesser toes (2–5), large for the big toe. Slide the sleeve onto the toe, ensuring the gel-lined interior is in full contact with the skin. The sleeve should feel snug but not tight.

Wearing-In Instructions

  1. Select the correct size. Choose the small sleeve for the second through fifth toes, or the large sleeve for the big toe. Correct sizing ensures proper coverage and comfortable fit.
  2. Slide the sleeve on. Gently slide the toe sleeve over the affected toe so that the gel sits evenly around the full circumference of the toe.
  3. Check the fit. The sleeve should sit snugly around the toe without being uncomfortably tight the gel should cover the area where friction or discomfort typically occurs.
  4. Put your shoe on. The sleeve should sit comfortably inside the shoe, cushioning the toe from direct contact with the shoe upper and lining.

Storage & Care Tips

  • After each use, wash gently with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storing or reusing
  • Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
  • Do not stretch the sleeve excessively when putting it on work it gently onto the toe to preserve the shape and integrity of the gel
  • Replace when the gel begins to feel less cushioning, the sleeve loses its shape, or the material shows visible signs of wear
  • Keep out of reach of children

    Surgery Savers

    These gel toe sleeves have helped me avoid surgery to straighten a minor toe which twists inwards causing nerve pain. I find the gel sleeves to be durable and easy to keep clean with warm soapy water which allows them to be used multiple times.
