Preparation

  • Wash and scrub the feet and toenails thoroughly before use clean nails and skin are essential for safe, effective filing
  • For best results, use the Synxpedi Toenail Clippers to trim the nail first before filing clipping the nail to the correct length before filing allows the edges to be refined and smoothed with much greater precision
  • Filing after trimming allows the edges to be refined and smoothed precisely

Using the Curved Edge

  • Use the curved edge with fine teeth to gently work along the nail sulcus the groove between the nail edge and the surrounding skin
  • Apply light, controlled strokes to clear any skin overlapping the nail edge and to smooth sharp nail corners that are pressing into the tissue
