It’s FINALLY HERE!

This podcast has been something that I’ve wanted to start for a VERY long time.

Before I started SynxBody I was a podiatrist for years and so often I’d have clients come to me that had been in pain for YEARS.

They’d spent thousands of dollars treating one part of their body only to finally figure out it was their feet causing the issue OR they’d put off seeing a health professional for too long and now the damage was irreversible.

Our entire body is connected and everything right down to the food you eat, the thoughts you think and of course the shoes you wear can have a ripple effect on how you feel and your quality of life.

I'm going to use this podcast to talk to experts in their field to understand what is actually happening to our bodies and how you can take action now (rather than when it’s too late) to can elevate your health and mindset, maintain your fitness goals and have the energy to live life to the fullest. So if you wanna look after yourself and your family this year, you're in the right place.

Hit follow so you don't miss a single episode, trust me our first guest is going to blow your mind!!
