  • What actually worked for you last year?

  • What drained you more than it gave back?

  • What goals did you abandon and why?

  • And what would genuinely make this year feel different?

This episode isn’t about perfection. It’s about clarity.

In this episode, I open up about my own 2025 the wins, the missed goals, the health challenges, and the lessons that surprised me the most.

Not everything went to plan.
Some goals shifted.
Some priorities changed.

And that’s exactly the point.

When you understand why something worked or didn’t you can stop repeating the same patterns and start building goals that actually fit your real life.

How to Set Achievable Goals for 2026

Instead of asking, “What should I be doing?”
Try asking:

  • What do I have the capacity for right now?

  • What supports my energy instead of draining it?

  • What does future me actually need?

Small, consistent steps will always beat big, unrealistic plans. Achievable goals don’t just feel better they stick.
