How to reset for 2026 in a way that’s actually achievable

Do you feel like 2025 somehow slipped through your fingers?
Like you started the year with the best intentions… and then blinked and suddenly it’s 2026?

You’re not alone. And no, this isn’t another “set bigger goals, wake up earlier, do more” kind of conversation.

This episode and this moment is about pressing pause before the year really takes off.

Because before you rush into new goals, new plans, and new promises to yourself, there’s something far more powerful you can do:

Reflect. Reset. Realign.

Why This Reset Is Different

Most New Year resets focus on adding:

  • More habits

  • More goals

  • More pressure

But this one starts with asking better questions:

  • What actually worked for you last year?

  • What drained you more than it gave back?

  • What goals did you abandon and why?

  • And what would genuinely make this year feel different?

This episode isn’t about perfection. It’s about clarity.

Learning From the Year That Was

In this episode, I open up about my own 2025 the wins, the missed goals, the health challenges, and the lessons that surprised me the most.

Not everything went to plan.
Some goals shifted.
Some priorities changed.

And that’s exactly the point.

When you understand why something worked or didn’t you can stop repeating the same patterns and start building goals that actually fit your real life.

How to Set Achievable Goals for 2026

Instead of asking, “What should I be doing?”
Try asking:

  • What do I have the capacity for right now?

  • What supports my energy instead of draining it?

  • What does future me actually need?

Small, consistent steps will always beat big, unrealistic plans. Achievable goals don’t just feel better they stick.
