Gel Toe Stabilisers are designed to strengthen foot muscles (activating the smaller intrinsic foot muscles) by changing the toe alignment and spreading them apart.

- Place the stabilisers onto each of your toes, starting with the big toe and working your way to the little toe.
- You can achieve benefits with wearing them for as little as just 15 minutes a day.
- Can also be worn for extended periods, whilst wearing shoes or around the house barefoot.
