Our inspirational and amazing CEO, Rachael Ferguson, has bagged another 3 accolades in the Ausmumpreneur Awards 2021, announced in September.  Way to go Rach!

The 3 wins include:

  1. Overall GOLD AusMumpreneur of the Year WA/SA winner 2021;
  2. Gold WA/SA Business Excellence winner 2021; and
  3. Silver WA/SA Product Innovation winner 2021.

The awards were held at an online event where talented mums in business from all over the country gathered to support and encourage other Australian mumpreneurs.

Rachael said she was excited to win in her category in the 2021 AusMumpreneur Awards against such a talented group of women.

I am immensely proud and excited to be announced as the Ausmumpreneur of the year WA / SA. It hasn’t been easy juggling motherhood and being CEO of a fast growing global company. For me, winning this award really is a celebration of all the women who have taken the plunge to build a business of their dreams and still be a loving, present mother to their children. You can absolutely have both and it’s about time we celebrate that.

I feel incredibly humbled to stand alongside the other amazing Ausmumpreneur finalists and winners across the country. You don’t have to look far to recognise the calibre of highly talented and successful women in this year’s group and each and every one them deserve recognition particularly during the challenging times many of them have been experienced juggling business, motherhood and home-schooling children during the lockdowns. To even be named as a finalist is a huge achievement for us all.

AusMumpreneur was created to support Australian entrepreneurs like Rachael and her fellow AusMumpreneur Award winners, Peace Mitchell, cofounder of AusMumpreneur said.

“These awards are all about recognising the growing number of mums who are achieving outstanding business success while balancing motherhood.”

“I was blown away by the entrepreneurial spirit, resilience and professionalism of the award winners and I know that they will provide great inspiration for other mums considering starting their own business,” Peace said.

This is the twelfth year the AusMumpreneur Awards have run, with the business mum community growing at lightning speed as mothers look for opportunities to join the ranks of small business owners in search of more flexibility, financial freedom and family time.

AusMumpreneur Network co-founder Katy Garner said “the awards show the passion of women who want to fulfil their entrepreneurial dreams as well as be great mums.

Despite the pandemic the number of women starting businesses has continued to grow in the last 12 months! We are thrilled to be the number one community for mumpreneurs and proud to showcase the best and the brightest each year through these awards.”

“We are delighted that Rachael has won this award, she has created an outstanding business and is an inspirational role model and ambassador for mums in business everywhere. We wish her and all our amazing Ausmumpreneur Award winners every success in the coming year,” co-founder Peace Mitchell said.
