Did you know that you can predict and in some cases prevent an injury?

One of the most common mysteries in the [physiology world?] is referred pain where you feel pain in one spot on your body (let’s say your foot), and the problem is based in another (your glutes).

But it’s actually not a mystery at all and there are some really easy ways to prevent injury if you know what you are looking for. In this episode, I’m teaching you how to look out for your body’s warning signs, some of the most common referred pain types, and physically identify one for yourself.

In this episode you’ll hear:

👟A simple test to figure out if your pain is more serious than a ‘sore muscle’

👟Easy practices that you can do each day to prevent injury in the first place

👟My very own treatment plan as a podiatrist

… and SO much more.
