4-7-8 Breathing Technique:

  • Inhale: Inhale through your nose for a count of 4. 

  • Hold: Hold your breath for a count of 7. 

  • Exhale: Exhale forcefully through your mouth, making a "whoosh" sound, for a count of 8. 

  • Repeat: Repeat this cycle 3-4 times. 


4-2-6 Breathing Technique:

  • Inhale: Inhale through your nose for a count of 4.

  • Hold: Hold your breath for a count of 2.

  • Exhale: Exhale through your mouth for a count of 6.

  • Repeat: Repeat this cycle as needed.
